Using the YaST2 GUI (QT version), if a package is upgraded or chosen for
install, and it brings in some dependencies, those dependencies are not always
the most-recent versions. I noticed this and even though I choose "All in this
list, upgrade to newest version..." the automatically chosen dependencies
*still* don't get upgraded. I have to make a *second* run to get those deps.
