Tested with kde 4.1 and it worked for me with a bluetooth mouse, there should be a connect button on the device screen, not hidden in the menu at the top.
Normaly there should not be any situation, where you need to manually connect the device. The Connection attempt always comes from the input device.
Also, kdebluetooth4 application does crash when returning from s2ram. I have to manually load kdebluetooth4 at each login and it does not auto reconnect after doing a reboot.
Sure, that should be tested more. For now i just ported it, to support bluez4.
