[Bug 438956] kbluetooth4 starts but does not show on task bar

Tested with kde 4.1 and it worked for me with a bluetooth mouse, there should
be a connect button on the device screen, not hidden in the menu at the top.
Also, kdebluetooth4 application does crash when returning from s2ram. I have
to manually load kdebluetooth4 at each login and it does not auto reconnect
after doing a reboot.
