software management: please handle source packages as well

SM handles regular packages, devels, debugs, I see no reason why user cannot at
the same time manage source packages? It could be an option just like for
devel, but disabled by default. This way at the same time user I able to
download whole required set, not as today, that some part she/he fetches using
SM and some using zypper because it is only possible that way.
