Addendum:
I'm now using the pm-profiler to permanently set 'min_power'. Just a
"workaround", but longer battery life is more important to me than performance.
@Holger - one question regarding your last post:
Why do you just enable SATA pm for non hotplugable devices ? Maybe a solution
could be to activate min_power for all /sys/class/scsi_host/host*/ were
"link_power_management_policy" exists ?
