Build Identifier:

I've noticed the following when I tried to print a photo on a 4x6 inch card
with gimp but it's most probably true for any application using gtk's printer
dialogs.

Entering File -> Page Setup show by default Format for: "Any printer".
As this Any printer doesn't preconfigure the 4x6 size I switched to my HP
OfficeJet printer which is correctly set up in cups.
Afterwards I can choose "Photo or 4x6 inch index card" from the paper size
dropdown.
Shows the right paper size for the chosen format.
Everything's fine -> Apply

Now File -> Print -> Image Settings. The sheet looks weird (can't be the right
size).
Cancel -> back to File -> Page Setup

Now it displays
"Any Printer"
"Photo or 4x6 inch index card"
"1.41 x 2.12 inch" -> WTF

It seems I can't choose any format for my set up printer but just some default
values configured for "Any Printer".

Reproducible: Always
