I can confirm this bug, with an important extension:
YaST doesn't only create two entries for Windows, it also renames an existing
(and working) Windows-entry.
I have two primary NTFS-partitions:
sda1: C: System
sda2: D: Data
sda2 has never been used as system partition and it definitely doesn't contain
any of the above mentioned files.
What YaST does is:
Existing: "Windows XP" (/dev/sda1) => renamed to "windows1"
New: "windows2" (/dev/sda2)
The strange thing is, that BOTH entires are working.
However, YaST should never touch/rename any existing GRUB-entries for non-Linux
OSes/partitions.
I already noticed this behavior when I was upgrading from 10.3 to 11.0.
It doesn't make a difference, if you make an update or a clean installation.
