What additional settings did you apply? I see the bluez-stuff running, but
kbluetooth (3.5.10) seems not to be able to connect (everything greyed out) nor
can I send something from another device to the Laptop

i added the new bluez3-repo
http://ftp5.gwdg.de/pub/linux/suse/opensuse/repositories/home:/enzokiel:/bluez3/openSUSE_11.1_Update/
to my repos and updated/downgraded the responsible packages.
now kbluetooth works again as seamless and errorfree like ever since before
under opensuse11.0! :-D
