It is mostly done for SLE11 (and partly for the forthcoming openSUSE 11.1
online update).

This is just a reminder to myself to clean up book.spec.in: remove the old
hacks and check whether suse_update_desktop files is working properly.

We probably could also drop the special patches from yelp.
