Yes, it's set to "secure local". I tried switching to "easy", but after a
SuSEconfig --module permissions and logging out/in, the situation was
unchanged. At a glance, it doesn't appear as if there's any difference in the
dbus or PolicyKit stuff between /etc/permissions.{secure,easy}; it's all
identically setuid/setgid either way.
