Yesterday I found out more: I have a server running VMware, which had slow
performance and there are some tipps saying shm should be used. As the /dev/shm
lines in /etc/fstab prevent networking auto start, I inserted a mounts tmpfs on
/dev/shm into /etc/init.d/boot.local. But even then networking did not start,
there was an error message and /dev/shm/sysconfig got created from the network
script with some files in it. Seems theres a bug somewhere inside the
networking script, this has nothing to do with /etc/fstab.
