[Bug 463724] modifying boot loader in yast

Thanks for your immediate response.
Yes, I am pretty sure that yast's boot loader configuration corrupts the grub
in some way - I do not understand the technicalities. You please explain me as
to how to obtain the log.
I tried to change the windows partition to fat32. Now, the partition is there
but the grub does not boot into windows. If we select windows, with fat32 the
message was just GRUB > ... but, when it was ntfs, its was something like
detecting a network card 'searching for realtek....' like.
Well, linux partitions are intact. I have to use windows just for only one
software. Otherwise, I am comfortable with opensuse (which I am using since
April 2000 or v6.3).
