Same here. Attempting to build QTM (qtm.blogistan.co.uk), using a shell script
invoked from my CMake build file to generate qtm.desktop (i.e. a desktop
spec/menu entry file). I get this output:

touch: setting times of `/usr/src/rpm/BUILD/qtm-0.7.1.1/qtm.desktop': Function
not implemented
make[2]: *** [qtm.desktop] Error 1
make[1]: *** [CMakeFiles/DESKTOP_ENTRY_FILE.dir/all] Error 2
make: *** [all] Error 2
error: Bad exit status from /var/tmp/rpm-tmp.22495 (%build)
Note: the touch error comes up several times when installing packages,
including logrotate, initscripts, sysklogd and libqt4-devel, but build
continues until it hits the error with qtm.desktop and then terminates. Works
on Mandriva 2008 and with Fedora and OpenSUSE.
