Hello, i had the same, just after upgrading from 11.0 to 11.1, while evolution
starting to convert the excisisting (old) mailboxes to sqlite format, it
crashes with that memory bug.
I found a link to solution which worked for me.
1) mv ~/.evolution ~/.evolution.bak
2) Started evolution with no problems with fresh settings
3) rm -rf ~/.evolution
4) mv ~/.evolution.bak ~/.evolution

wiht 2) i started, waited some time, and stopped evolution.
This worked for me! and i'd like to share.
