https://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=462489 Summary: Wrong behavior of layout.css.dpi option in Firefox Product: openSUSE 11.1 Version: Final Platform: Other OS/Version: Other Status: NEW Severity: Minor Priority: P5 - None Component: Firefox AssignedTo: bnc-team-mozilla@forge.provo.novell.com ReportedBy: cmorve69@yahoo.es QAContact: qa@suse.de Found By: Community User I was curious about why my Firefox used a font size of 16 (pt, I suppose) but the size was the same than Konqueror with font size 12. I suppose it's because by default layout.css.dpi is set to -1, that means 96dpi if the system default isn't higher. 12/16=72/96... even if my actual dpi is 79 and not 72 it makes sense. The thing is that I wanted to use my real value. But playing with the layout.css.dpi value I found that I can put any value between -1 and 191 and there is no change, but once I put 192 the fonts get ***big*** (I suppose it's really supposing 192 dpi). I would expect that setting layout.css.dpi to 0 or to 79 I would get the same font sizes in Konqueror and Firefox setting the font size to 12 in both. -- Configure bugmail: https://bugzilla.novell.com/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are on the CC list for the bug.
