https://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=461868 Summary: Yast Ncurses - Unable to set sysconfig/System/Cron/DAILEY_TIME Product: openSUSE 11.1 Version: Final Platform: x86-64 OS/Version: Other Status: NEW Severity: Normal Priority: P5 - None Component: YaST2 AssignedTo: bnc-team-screening@forge.provo.novell.com ReportedBy: drankinatty@suddenlinkmail.com QAContact: jsrain@novell.com Found By: --- Devs, Attempting to configure 11.1 through the yast ncurses interface using the System -> /etc/Sysconfig editor on the System/Cron/DAILEY_TIME parameter to set the parameter to 0500, I ran across a bug with yast that prevents you from being able to set that value at all. Once the DAILEY_TIME is selected and Alt+e is pressed to access the setting of the value, you are presented with a text-listbox containing 'nothing' and a <blank> entry. See screenshot: http://www.3111skyline.com/download/openSUSE_bugs/111/yast-syscon-DAILEY_TIM... No matter whether you attempt to type a numeral, tab, alt+downarrow or enter or return, you are not able to enter a value for this parameter. In the past, you simple gave it a number and it would accept it. See 11.0 screenshot: http://www.3111skyline.com/download/openSUSE_bugs/111/yast-syscon-DAILEY_TIM... It looks like somebody was going to design a list containing the hours 00-23 and just never put the values in. Let me know if I can provide anything else. -- Configure bugmail: https://bugzilla.novell.com/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are on the CC list for the bug.
