After you have started your computer a couple of times and have logged openSUSE
11.1 will not let user log in.  It will only let "root" log in.  It happens
with Gnome, KDE 3 and KDE 4.  I have done multiple installs and it continues to
be a major problem.  It doesn't make any difference if you are auto logging in
or logging in manually. I have had the problem on both laptops and desktops.
