Include the Kde3 bluetooth packages is not the solution because kde3 bluetooth doesn't work. It shows a disabled icon in systray and when you click on it says that there is no bluetooth adapter.
exactly! same here.
Gnome bluetooth doesn't work, kde4 bluetooth doesn't work and kde3 bluetooth doesn't work. I am not able to use my bluetooth adpater to pair devices and send files under openSuse 11.1.
exactly! same here. i even updated the bluez-packages with the newer 4.22 packages from different repos under http://download.opensuse.org/repositories/home:seife/ and http://download.opensuse.org/repositories/home:seife:/ like adviced in comment #1 but that changed NOTHING! it worked flawlessly with opensuse11.0 but not anymore in opensuse11.1. BUT the bluetooth-commandline tools for scanning devices, lsusb, scanning for different bluetooth-services (rfcomm, obex,...) all work! ONLY the applets and konqueror integration for easy access to bluetooth-services don't work. -- Configure bugmail: https://bugzilla.novell.com/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are on the CC list for the bug.
