No, it definitly is an fglrx issue - I also tried KDE 4.2 trunk and Gnome which
also crashes.
"init 0" from Text Console (tty1) works.
The opensource driver can't do dualhead for 4850 at the moment - so I need to
use fglrx.
Besides - the openSUSE ATI Repository (mentioned here:
http://en.opensuse.org/YaST_package_repository#ATI_Video_drivers) don't work.
