Apologies - it turns out that I was using the KDE3 knetworkmanager of 11.1, not
KDE4.  It looks very different to the one in 10.3 and earlier (I never used
11.0) so I had assumed it was the KDE4 rewrite.  The bug still stands though;
adjusting bugzilla fields accordingly...
