Werner, you say this happens only during update. I think Sankar is saying

happens on a fresh install as well - where it should not at all. Sankar, is
that correct? In that case we do have a regression which means this is
MAJOR.
Yes. When I (and a lot of other students) tried it, it was a fresh install and
not an update. In fact most of us my peers got new laptops, a few weeks after
11.0 release and we installed afresh on these new laptops. The problem existed
for all of them.
Right. I too have a fresh install.
