The KGpg integration into Dolphin is not fully-fledged yet and inconsistent: to
encrypt a selected file, I have to select Actions > Encrypt File from the
context menu. When wanting to decrypt an encrypted file, the context menu
offers two menu items in parallel: Open with KGpg *and* Actions > Encrypt File,
but no menu item offering to *decrypt* the file.
