https://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=457593 Summary: HDF5: Fortran module missing Product: openSUSE 11.2 Version: unspecified Platform: Other OS/Version: Other Status: NEW Severity: Normal Priority: P5 - None Component: Development AssignedTo: pth@novell.com ReportedBy: burnus@gmx.de QAContact: qa@suse.de Found By: --- Currently, compiling HDF-using program fails with: USE hdf5 1 Fatal Error: Can't open module file 'hdf5.mod' for reading at (1): No such file or directory Expected: The Fortran .mod file is also available. As the Fortran *.mod files are "binary" files (in the sense that it is compiler and potentially platform dependent), one might consider not placing it to /usr/include but to e.g. /usr/lib64/gcc/x86_64-suse-linux/4.3/finclude/
