We like to use the same spec file to create Samba packages even for non SUSE
distributions in the openSUSE Build Server and fillup_and_insserv isn't
available on other rpm based systems.

If a fix requires to much word I would add

%if 0%{?suse_version}
..
%endif

around it.

I'm aware of the difference between -y and -Y.  But we need the if statement to
make some later commands conditional anyhow.
