The missing libhpip.so.0()(64bit) is provided by hplip-hpijs, which conflicts
with hpijs-standalone. Maybe this conflict prevented the instsallation of
hplip-hpijs.
Please check if hpijs-standalone is installed on your system, otherwise we'd
need a solver testcase (see http://en.opensuse.org/Bugs/YaST) to see why the
package can't be installed.

And we probably need the YaST logfiles (see http://en.opensuse.org/Bugs/YaST)
to see why printer configuration did not deselect hpijs-standalone, or if the
suggestion to install hplip was wrong.
