11.1 does have different fillup macros, but 11.0 does use the same
ones as 10.3 (and back to 10.1)

but your specfile shows a difference:
10.3: %fillup_and_insserv -fy smbfs
11.0: %{?fillup_and_insserv -fy smbfs}

looks like this conditional expansion breaks rpms option parser,
do you really need to write it this way ?


BTW:
if [ ${1:-0} -eq 1 ]; then
# Only insserv smbfs if we're not in update mode.
%{?fillup_and_insserv -fy smbfs}

that "if" has never been necessary. "-y" does only enable a script
during initial installation of a package, "-Y" does always enable it.
