The same problems on 11.1 RC1 with bluetooth mouse and mobile phone. I searched
internet for similar problems:
http://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=172267
https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/kdebase-workspace/+bug/280997

Problems seems to be in KDE4, and can take longer time to fix. But there is
wery good WORKAROUND !!!:

1. using KDE 4.1 install in Yast aditional "bluez-gnome" package. Standard
"bluez" package can stay installed.

2. As a normal user run bluetooth-wizard (program from bluez-gnome package)
and turn on bluetooth device. My mouse and phone were recognized automaticaly
and I can use them now. Please note I am not using kbluetooth4 appelet in this
workaround.

3. You can start bluetooth-appelet, (as a replacement to kbluetooth4) to have
more confort with bluetooth icon in system tray. If you install also package
nautilus (file browser of gnome), than you can transfer files via obex throug
bluetooth icon pop-up menu what calls nautilus program, where you see your
mobile phone file system. There are also other obex programs available like
openobex, or obexftp, I didn't tryed those.
