You can't build locally against RHEL_4 or RHEL_5 with osc cause it doesn't
provide vim.
$ osc build RHEL_5 x86_64 samba.spec
Building samba.spec for RHEL_5/x86_64
Getting buildinfo from server
buildinfo is broken... it says:
expansion error: nothing provides vim
