Hello,

I'm using SuSE 11.1 beta5 and prepared a video
which demostrate the window flicker.


Most likely in the source code are two refresh calls, one
before the background is set and the other if the decoration
is defined.(The first paint call looks as if it draws a grey background,
with is default in qt IIRC)

I mark this a major bug, because all non OpenGL users are affected,
and this is especially true for thinclients.

I was able to watch the video with mplayer, vlc should work too.
