The OpenOffice.org Quickstarter applet is not displayed in the KDE menu.

It is provided by the package OpenOffice.org-Quickstarter. It should be shown
in the desktop menu "System/Desktop Applets".

Observation:

1. It helped me to remove the "OnlyShowIn=KDE;" line.
2. Also it helped me to move the oooqs.desktop from
   /opt/kde3/share/applications/kde to
   /usr/share/applications/kde4

I would like to keep it as is because it is KDE3 application.

KDE4 should show KDE-only apllications from /opt/kde3.
