I'll *not* change that.  Btw: `file' can read both the
/usr/share/misc/magic.mgc
and the /usr/share/misc/magic. If both exist `file' will read the hash map
otherwise the ascii file.  But this is much slower.

Do not reopen this bug as this is not a bug but a major feature of the
`file' since 2001/04/24 and please note that nowadays disks have much
more space that 1.5 MB.
