[Bug 443158] kaffeine plays video at double speed, audio at normal speed but overdriven, distorted and eve jerky

Here is the information from the 'file' command for a typical video with the
above problems:
---
2008-11-23 18.25.04.avi: RIFF (little-endian) data, AVI, 320 x 240, ~15 fps,
video: Motion JPEG, audio: uncompressed PCM (mono, 8000 Hz)
---
The video is taken with an Olympus Mju 830.
These videos are still played back with normal speed in vlc, mplayer and now
finally also in KDE4/DragonPlayer 4.1.3 with phonon-gstreamer audio backend.
But KDE3 remains problematic.
