Even a Web url for the correct developer mailing list would be enough.
I looked in
http://forums.opensuse.org/
but that seems like a "self help" or "community help" portal.
I think that a forum [used by/contributed to by] OpenSuse developers focused on
applications that form part of the OpenSuse product would be a more suitable
place to raise (and resolve) this issue.
At least that was my experience with Fedora.
I remember posting a question on an nVidia forum (I'm now using Intel) about a
problem with hibernation on Linux and I was given the friendly advice to try a
lower resolution and / or fewer colors!
If OpenSuse has a web page with a form where you could specify your problem
domain (combo boxes for video, audio, processor, software package etc,
including "dont' know" or n/a) I think it would be an improvement on a keyword
search, which is what http://forums.opensuse.org/ and
https://bugzilla.novell.com/ offer now.
For what it's worth I submitted a seperate bug about crystalspace
