[Bug 446995] YaST remains partially untranslated - I don't think it' s because incomplete translations

Root's YaST is totally untranslated.

This is correct - it is handled by the value of ROOT_USES_LANG in /etc/sysconfig/language Those untranslated parts in other cases are not part of yast pot files but are from the desktop files.
