In previous versions of openSUSE and SLES, the bash shell allowed for tilde
expansion in the following manner:

  # cd ~user[TAB]

  would auto-complete to:

  # cd ~username

In openSUSE 11.1 (beta4), `cd ~` will move you to your home directory,
but `cd ~user[TAB]` will not automatically complete based on valid usernames.

This is a small feature, but one that I found quite useful.
