patch to correct the makefile to process po folder of plugin

I'm refering to package kdiff3-0.9.92-75

The translations for the kdiff3 menu plugin don't work due to a bug in the
makefile. The po subfolder of the plugin isn't processed. This can be easily
patched (see attachment kdiff3plugin_po.diff)
