[Bug 441852] SW RAID crashes every few weeks

you mean you are using 3 disks for raid1 and raid5 at the same time and 1 out
of those 3 is different model?
i`m not sure if i should call this exotic setup, i think it`s valid, but not
very common. :)
can you please double check your partitioning and your raid setup and also
check any other error/warning messages before those raid errors?
(i.e. ata/scsi errors from layer layers below raid layer)
when it failed during few activity - how does the system behave if you put it
under stress, i.e. put some real load and lot`s of data on that (i.e. filling
the disks)
