The message seems to mean "No such file or directory". I found
this like this:
mfabian@magellan:/local1/bnc/bnc439796$ LANG=ko_KR.UTF-8 ls foo
ls: cannot access foo: 그런 파일이나 디렉토리가 없습니다
mfabian@magellan:/local1/bnc/bnc439796$ LANG=en_US.UTF-8 ls foo
ls: cannot access foo: No such file or directory
mfabian@magellan:/local1/bnc/bnc439796$
The Korean message when listing an non-existing file looks just like
the message in the YaST2 log.
