Since my update to kernel-2.6.27.4-2-pae I have had dvd drive and other strange
problems resulting in system freezes and /var/log/messages containing the
following:- WARNING: at drivers/ata/libata-eh.c:2931 ata_eh_finish+0x85/0x95
[libata]()
This behavior started appearing with kernel--2.6.27.3-2.1.i586 but has now
worsened. I have downgraded to kernel--2.6.27.3-2.1.i586 and at least completed
a successful dvd write.
Is this possibly linked to https://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=432782
