It is impossible to start nm-applet for a user which has been created after the
installation:

mada@linux-zidj:~> nm-applet

  Message: 'Connection ":1.93" is not allowed to own the service

(nm-applet:7075): GLib-GObject-CRITICAL **: g_object_unref: assertion
`G_IS_OBJECT (object)' failed

This issue might be related to bug #439564 since it works fine for the user who
has been created during install. Updating from Beta3 to Factory did not help.
