Summary: Unable to login after fresh install.
Product: openSUSE 11.1
Version: Beta 3
Platform: x86-64
OS/Version: openSUSE 11.0
Status: NEW
Severity: Major
Priority: P5 - None
Component: Basesystem
AssignedTo: bnc-team-screening@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
ReportedBy: mcarrion@xxxxxxxxxx
QAContact: qa@xxxxxxx
Found By: Beta-Customer
I've installed Beta3 in my HP Pavilion TX2500z (Tablet), and I just can't login
with default settings, the computer freezes after the start up or after
selecting the user in GDM.
I tried with both 32 and 64 versions, and the same (pam_fp is disabled).
The only way I can login is when using "single" in the kernel arguments, please
let me know what details you need to fix this bug.
BTW, Beta2 used to work.
