lbzypp does not fit right in the shared library policy, as we would need to
version the directories for solv files too.

In short, it makes no sense to have two libzypps in parallel. (Actually it is
not possible unless we version all directories, which will make the system look
weird too)

It is doable, but it is not worth the effort right now.
