When running many apps at the same time, especially when RAM is almost full
(but plenty of swap available), parts of the task bar (buttons, Task Manager,
clock) will black out or flicker. This includes the menu.

Buttons especially flicker when moving the mouse over them. Will attach a
screenshot to give an idea.

I use nVidia graphics.

I'm not sure whether this is an openSUSE problem, or whether I should pass this
on to the KDE team upstream. If that is the case then any advice on where/how
to report this will be appreciated.
