Comment #21 shows a disconnect, comment #27 does not. Did you disconnect
devices in those cases?

We need to make sure that this is an interrupt delivery issue. Please connect
only one USB mouse to the system and try to provoke a hang. Then please check
proc/interrupts for increasing interrupt counts while moving the mouse.

Please also recompile with CONFIG_HID_DEBUG, switching syslog to the most
sensitive and provide dmesg. (no need for ctrl-t, no task is hanging)
