Hrm, that sounds like issues with gdm with fast-user-switching. I hope it at
least works again after a reboot.
Unfortunately not, cannot login any more into the graphical desktop.


Looking at the errors, it looks as if you don't have any more memory?
So, hrm, this sounds quite bad, but if it's the issue, then it's not a GNOME
issue. How much memory do you have? You can use the "free" command in a
terminal.

I checked the memory with memtest86, no errors.
