See bug432369 comment 3. The new kbd package has:
/usr/share/kbd/keymaps/i386/olpc/es.map.gz
/usr/share/kbd/keymaps/i386/qwerty/es.map.gz

The problem is that KEYTABLE="es.map.gz" is now ambiguous. I suggest to change
it to KEYTABLE="qwerty/es.map.gz", which is what most users will want.
