in the screen-4.0.2-165.1 package
screenrc and etcscreenrc from the original package are missing and all we have
to work with is the included /etc/screenrc file with the following 3 lines

# this is the global screenrc file. Handle with care.

termcapinfo xterm* G0:is=\E[?4l\E>:ti@:te@
termcapinfo linux me=\E[m:AX

is this intentional?

Please include the original files modified to suit the openSUSE distro
