Ah, indeed, you are right. I thought the RPM script does exactly what
/etc/init.d/boot.localnet (which is 'hostname ${XHOSTNAME%%.*}') does, but that
is not the case. Thanks for pointing it out, it'll be fixed in the next
submission.
