There is almost no information which is useful to find
out what the actual error is.
E.g. in comment #0 "The HP toolbox fails" is useless
without more details.
The hp-toolbox works for me.
I cannot reproduce the issue.
I guess it might be a duplicate of bug #386853
in particular becaue of its attachment #212440.
This issue is described in the openSUSE 11.0 release notes.
Please read them.
If it is something else, reopen it but provide more details
what exactly me must do to reproduce the issue.
