[Bug 425480] e1000e fails to load

In comment #40, just setting the MAC address in the NVM is most likely not
going to restore everything to working. The HW reads a lot of things out it
when it's coming up. You will probably have to do a BIOS update to get
everything in the system back. You will also have to put the MAC address back
in as well. The BIOS update might do this for you so make sure it's right
before trying to update.
We would like to know that this works so if you could try it on this system it
would help a lot.
